Refund policy

ALL SALES FINAL — NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the unique nature of the trading card and collectibles industry, all purchases made at Imperial Shark Trading Company are considered final once the merchandise has been purchased and leaves the store.

Trading cards, graded cards, collectibles, memorabilia, sealed products, and similar merchandise can vary significantly in condition, authenticity, grade, rarity, and value. Once an item leaves our possession, we can no longer verify that the item being presented for return is the exact item originally sold or that its condition has remained unchanged. This policy protects both our customers and our business from situations involving item substitution, condition changes, counterfeit replacement, tampering, or the replacement of an item with one of a lesser grade or value.

For these reasons:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • NO CASH REFUNDS.
  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES after merchandise leaves the store.
  • Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect all merchandise before completing their purchase.
  • In certain exceptional circumstances, management may choose to offer store credit on a case-by-case basis. Store credit is not guaranteed and is issued solely at the discretion of Imperial Shark Trading Company.
  • Any approved exception does not establish an obligation to accept future returns or exchanges.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If there is an issue that could not reasonably have been discovered before purchase, customers should contact Imperial Shark Trading Company promptly. Management will review the circumstances individually and determine whether an appropriate resolution is available.

BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE

By completing a purchase from Imperial Shark Trading Company, the customer acknowledges and accepts this All Sales Final / No Refund Policy.
